Before founding Edge Leadership Solutions, Chris spent 15+ years leading teams inside Verizon, T-Mobile, Apple, and a $150M business where he served as VP of Product and Technology.
He has owned decisions, headcount, delivery, and cross-functional execution. That operating experience shapes the work today, practical, direct, and focused on how teams actually run.
Chris is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and earned a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University.
His work is a strong fit when growth has outpaced the team’s operating rhythm and decisions, ownership, and accountability need to get clearer fast.
