Built by Operators. Delivered by Coaches
About Chris Barnhill
Chris Barnhill founded Edge Leadership Solutions to fix a problem he lived for 20 years: capable leaders becoming the bottleneck in growing companies.
Before Edge, Chris Barnhill led products, technology, operations, and teams at Verizon and T-Mobile, and served as VP of Product and Technology for a $200M businessy. He owned decisions, headcount, delivery, and cross-functional execution. He built and led a 50-person team. He was also, at times, the bottleneck himself. That experience became Execution Debt, his framework and forthcoming book on the hidden cost companies pay when execution depends on their most available leaders instead of a capable leadership layer.
Chris designs and leads Edge's engagements, including the Leadership Accelerator.
Chris is an ICF-credentialed executive coach trained through Georgetown University's coaching program, and holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University.
About Tim Davis
Tim Davis brings master-level coaching depth to Edge's programs. As a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Tim holds one of the most rigorous credentials in the profession, earned through hundreds of hours of documented coaching work.
Tim doesn't just coach. He trains coaches. As a faculty instructor for the Center for Executive Coaching, one of the most respected coach training programs in the country, he has taught hundreds of professionals how to become effective executive coaches, with that number growing every month.
His background spans enterprise sales, project management, and agile delivery across healthcare and enterprise environments. He has coached leaders through promotions, team challenges, and execution gaps, the exact transitions where Execution Debt takes root.
Inside Edge engagements, Tim leads individual coaching for program participants and works with leaders on accountability, follow-through, and the behavior change that makes new leadership habits stick. His style is direct and practical: what do you want, what is in the way, what happens next.
